Abstract
Pada era digital saat ini masyarakat dapat dengan mudah membeli barang yang dibutuhkan secara online, termasuk album musik bagi para penggemar K-Pop. Dalam melakukan pembelanjaan online dibutuhkan pelayanan dari penjual untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Peneliti ingin melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dari online shop terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, sehingga berhasil menjual produk di tengah persaingan yang ketat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengikut dan pembeli barang dari akun twitter @allboutmerch. Data dikumpulkan selanjutnya diolah menggunakan analisis data uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dalam pembelian album K-Pop di media sosial twitter.
