Abstract

Dewasa ini permintaan masyarakat dalam penggunaan jasa interior kian meningkat seriring dengan pertumbuhan konstruksi dan ekonomi yang terus berkembang. Unsur biaya merupakan salah satu aspek penentu keberhasilan pada sebuah proyek konstruksi khususnya pada konstruksi interior. Kompleksitas pada pelaksanaan konstruksi interior membuat proyek interior memiliki risiko yang harus dipertimbangkan khususnya pada biaya pelaksaan proyek. Pada kenyataannya sering dijumpai permasalahan munculnya penambahan biaya pada proyek konstruksi selama tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan, yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya nilai penambahan biaya pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi interior, maka hendaknya setiap faktor diperhatikan dengan dan dipertimbangkan dengan baik untuk mencegah dan menghindari hal-hal apa saja yang dapat menimbulkan risiko biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi dan menyebabkan risiko biaya pada proyek konstruksi interior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan 6 variabel yang signifikan memiliki pengaruh risiko sebesar 86,5% terhadap kinerja biaya kontraktor pada pelaksanaan konstruksi interior, yang selanjutnya hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melaksanaan proyek konstruksi berikutnya./ Nowadays, public demand for interior services is increasing along with the growth of construction and the economy that continues to grow. The cost element is one of the critical success aspects of a construction project, especially in interior construction. The complexity in the implementation of interior construction makes interior projects have risks that must be considered, especially the project implementation costs. There are often problems with the emergence of additional costs in construction projects during the work implementation stage, which is caused by several factors. In order to minimize the incidence of value-added costs in implementing an interior construction project, every aspect should be carefully considered and considered to prevent and avoid any things that can pose a cost risk. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors that influence and cause cost risk in interior construction projects. Results of the study showed 6 significant variables that have an influence risk of 86.5% on the performance of the contractor's expense on the implementation of the interior construction, which further research can be used as consideration in carrying out the next construction project.
