Abstract

Autisme merupakan suatu gangguan pada perkembangan anak yang membuat mereka sulit dalam melakukan komunikasi ataupun interaksi sosial. Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan oleh para ahli dalam mendiagnosa penyakit autisme. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi kita dapat melakukan diagnosa dini terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan machine learning. Dengan begitu kita dapat meneliti seberapa besar tingkat akurasi diagnosa autism pada anak-anak usia dibawah 5 tahun. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan fungsi linear regression dan mengunakan aplikasi Rapidminer dan menggunakan metode T-Test. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data yang didapat dari The Data Resources Center for Child and Adolescent Health Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Regresi Linear menunjukkan bahwa pengujian CARS sangat berpengaruh terhadap persentase apakah anak tersebut terdiagnosa autisme sebesar 99.905% dan root mean squared error (0.259), normalized absolute error (0.506), correlation (0.832) dan squared correlation (0.692)./Autism is a disorder in children's development that makes it difficult for them to communicate or socially interact. The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) is one method that is often used by experts in diagnosing autism. With the development of technology, we can do an early diagnosis first using machine learning. That way we can examine how much accuracy the diagnosis of autism is in children under the age of 5 years. This study will use the linear regression function and use the Rapidminer application and use the T-Test method. The data used in this study used data obtained from The Data Resources Center for Child and Adolescent Health Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative. The results of the study using linear regression showed that the CARS test greatly affected the percentage of whether the child was diagnosed with autism by 99.905% and the root mean squared error (0.259), normalized absolute error (0.506), correlation (0.832) and squared correlation (0.692).
