Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk memahami pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan pengungkapan corporate social responisibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel perusahaan sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda sebagai alat pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 menunjukkan bahwa (1) profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) pengungkapan corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan./ This research was conducted with the aim to find out the factors that can affect the value of the company. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods to understand the impact of profitability, solvency and corporate social responsisibility disclosure on the company's value in metal and mineral subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sample selection using purposive sampling method with the number of company samples as many as 10 companies. This study used multiple linear regression methods as a decision-making tool. Based on the results of the test using SPSS version 25.0 shows that (1) profitability has a significant effect on the value of the company (2) solvency has a significant effect on the value of the company (3) corporate social responsibility disclosure has no effect on the value of the company.
