Gereja Bethel Indonesia Medan Plaza memiliki jumlah jemaat yang sangat besar. Seluruh sistem pencatatan dan pelayanan masih menggunakan kertas fisik dan tatap muka sehingga gereja tidak dapat memberikan pelayanan secara efisien dan efektif. Selain itu, gereja juga perlu mengeluarkan biaya untuk pemeliharaan tempat penyimpanan dan dokumen-dokumen pelayanan. Perancangan aplikasi berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pelayanan baptis selam, pembuatan kartu anggota jemaat (KAJ), pendaftaran kelas kehidupan orientasi melayani (KOM), bergabung dengan family altar, menjadi pelayan Tuhan (Join Ministry), dan penyerahan anak ini memudahkan proses pencatatan dan pelayanan pada gereja. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi framework Laravel untuk backend dan framework Vue untuk frontend. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah metode Waterfall, sedangkan untuk pemodelan sistem digunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Dengan beroperasinya aplikasi berbasis web ini, seluruh proses permohonan pelayanan dapat dilakukan secara online tanpa keharusan bagi pihak gereja ataupun jemaat untuk pergi ke lokasi gereja secara langsung. Pencatatan data permohonan maupun jemaat dapat juga dapat didukung oleh website ini sehingga pengolahan data menjadi cepat dan menghasilkan informasi yang berguna untuk jemaat dan perkembangan gereja./Medan Plaza Indonesia Bethel Church has a very large number of congregations. The development of this web-based application is carried out by utilizing the Laravel framework technology for the backend and the Vue framework for the frontend. The method used to develop this system is the Waterfall method, while the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used for system modeling. With the operation of this web-based application, the entire service application process can be done online without the need for the church or congregation to go directly to the church location. Data recording of requests and congregations can also be supported by this website so that data processing becomes fast and produces useful information for the congregation and church development.
