Abstract

Decision Tree merupakan salah satu algoritma klasifikasi yang banyak digunakan untuk menentukan suatu keputusan dalam pengolahan perusahaan. Perusahaan Medan Jaya adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan sparepart di kota medan dalam menjalankan perusahaan, pengusaha harus mengetahui barang mana yang sering terjual dan tidak laku untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Dalam penelitian ini akan memprediksi penjualan barang cabang empat menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Data yang digunakan merupakan hasil penjualan 1 tahun perusahaan yang akan diolah melalui Software RapidMiner untuk pembentukan Rules, Decision Tree dan akurasi. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap data penjualan dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan dengan menggunakan pengujian K-fold validation sebanyak 3 kali didapatkan bahwa pada K-Fold validation 10 mempunyai nilai akurasi paling tinggi yakni 63,38%, presisi 70,68%, serta recall 69,88%./Decision Tree is one of the classification algorithms that is widely used to determine a decision in company processing. Medan Jaya company is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts in the city of Medan. in running a company, entrepreneurs must know which items are often sold and unsold to make a profit. in this study will predict the sale of four branches of goods using the C4.5 algorithm. The data used are the company's 1-year sales results which will be processed through Rapid Miner Software for the formation of Rules, Decision Tree and accuracy. After testing the sales data using the C4.5 algorithm and using the K-fold validation test 3 times, it was found that the K-Fold Validation 10 had the highest accuracy value, namely 63.38%, 70.68% precision, and recall. 69.88%.
