Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan cara membagikan ilmu dan ketrampilan. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah: (1) memberi pelatihan mengenai pembutan Edible Ice Cream Spoon (2) membangun kerjasama antara Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan pihak SMKN 7 Tangerang (3) menjalankan salah satu fungsi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (4) mengajak siswa SMKN 7 Tangerang untuk ikut menjaga lingkungan./ Community service is one of the Tridharma of universities, which can be aimed at increasing a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge and skills the purpose of this community service activity is : (1) provide training on making Edible Ice Cream Spoon (2) build cooperation between Pelita Harapan University faculty of Tourism with SMKN 7 Tangerang (3) runs one of Tridharma functions of the universities, especially in the field of community service (4) encourage SMKN 7 Tanggerang Student to help protect the environment
