The problems of business ethics, business accountability and global challenges such as climate change has been increasing in the past few decades. Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility emerges to solve those problems. The companies that implement GCG and CSR are expected to increase their value, images, brands, customer loyalty, etc A company’s performance will affect the investors’ decisions, which will also affect a firm’s profitability.Thus, this study aims to identify the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility towards firm’s profitability. The research type of this study is quantitative method using secondary data. The population is Banking Industry Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from year 2017-2019. There are 33 selected samples using purposive sampling method. The result of this research shows that Good Corporate Governance partially affects firm profitability, on the contrary, Corporate Social Responsibility does not partially affect firm profitability. Lastly, Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously affect firm profitability./Masalah etika bisnis, akuntabilitas bisnis and tantangan global seperti perubahan cuaca yang ekstrem telah terus menerus meningkat di beberapa decade ini. Tata kelola perusahaan and tangguns jawab social perusahaan muncul sebagai solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan ini. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang mengimplementasikan GCG and CSR diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, reputasi, kesetiaan pelanggan dan lain-lain. Performa dari suatu perusahaan akan sangat berpengaruh pada keputusan investor, dimana juga akan mempengaruhi profitabilitas. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Populasi dari penelitian adalah perusahaan di industri perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2017-2019. Penelitian ini ada 33 sampel yang telah dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan mempengaruhi profitabilitas suatu perusahaan secara parsial, sebaliknya, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas suatu perusahaan secara parsial. Tata kelola perusahaan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi profitabilitas suatu perusahaan secara bersamaan.
