Salah satu teknologi konstruksi fasad yang memberikan pilihan estetika dalam pembangunan gedung tinggi adalah fasad GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). Ada banyak sekali metode dalam pekerjaan konstruksi fasad. Pada penelitian ini dianalisis metode konstruksi fasad GFRC. Konsep dasar dalam metode konstruksi GFRC adalah siklus produksi, pengiriman dan pemasangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh metode konstruksi fasad GFRC yang digunakan pada proyek XYZ terhadap kinerja waktu pekerjaan dan mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor dan variabel apa saja yang digunakan dalam metode konstruksi GFRC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak (software SPSS Ver.26). Hasil penelitian analisis faktor metode konstruksi fasad GFRC yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu adalah faktor manajemen desain, Permintaan produksi material, durasi pelaksanaan pemasangan fasad dan faktor keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan. Dari keempat faktor tersebut menyumbang konstribusi signifikansi 82,1 %./One of the facade construction technologies that provides an aesthetic choice in the construction of high-rise buildings is the GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) facade.
