Abstract
Salah satu teknologi konstruksi fasad yang memberikan pilihan estetika dalam pembangunan gedung tinggi adalah fasad GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). Ada banyak sekali metode dalam pekerjaan konstruksi fasad. Pada penelitian ini dianalisis metode konstruksi fasad GFRC. Konsep dasar dalam metode konstruksi GFRC adalah siklus produksi, pengiriman dan pemasangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh metode konstruksi fasad GFRC yang digunakan pada proyek XYZ terhadap kinerja waktu pekerjaan dan mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor dan variabel apa saja yang digunakan dalam metode konstruksi GFRC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak (software SPSS Ver.26). Hasil penelitian analisis faktor metode konstruksi fasad GFRC yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu adalah faktor manajemen desain, Permintaan produksi material, durasi pelaksanaan pemasangan fasad dan faktor keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan. Dari keempat faktor tersebut menyumbang konstribusi signifikansi 82,1 %./One of the facade construction technologies that provides an aesthetic choice in the construction of high-rise buildings is the GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) facade. There are many methods in facade construction work. In this study, the GFRC facade construction method was analyzed. The basic concept in the GFRC construction method is the production, delivery and installation cycle. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the GFRC facade construction method used in the XYZ project on the work time performance and identify the factors and variables used in the GFRC construction method. The research method used in this paper is quantitative analysis using software (SPSS Ver.26 software). The results of the analysis of the factors of the GFRC facade construction method that affect time performance are design management factors, material production demand, duration of installation of facades and work safety and environmental factors. Of the four factors that contributed to the significance of 82.1%.
