Background: Knowledge is the ability of a person to know everything about objects that are shown through the senses they have. Phenomenon taken by, it was found that training from the puskesmas was conducted once a month for Posyandu Cadres, but not all Posyandu Cadres were able to take part in the training and after training there was no evaluation conducted for Cadres. Aim: To know Level of Cadres Knowledge about the Five Table System of Posyandu in Kelurahan Binong Tangerang. Method: This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with accidental sampling technique and total sampel is 30 people. The type of instrument is online questionnaire. Result: The results showed 28 Cadres (93.3%) had good knowledge, 0 cadres (0%) have sufficient knowledge, 2 cadres (6.7%) have less knowledge. Recommendation: For future researcher expected to develop the variable and correlate Describe Level of Knowledge of Cadres with the factors that influence Knowledge.
