The value of the firm is and investor's perception of the firm's success that is often associated with the performance of its shares. There may be several factors that affect the firm value like funding decisions, the firm size and firm growth. The aim of this research was to provide an overview of the impact of corporate social responsibility and asset growth on firm value. This research was conducted on the issue of the mining companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019./Nilai perusahaan adalah persepsi investor tentang keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan kinerja sahamnya. Mungkin ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan seperti keputusan pendanaan, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang dampak tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan pertumbuhan aset terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masalah perusahaan pertambangan yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2017-2019.
