Abstract

In this study, to investigate the condition of the influence of communication towards employee performance at Kofinski Coffee Roastery. The theory used is related to Hospitality Management, communication, Employee Performance. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees. The total population is 32 employees and the sample in the study amounted to 32 employees. method of sampling in this study using census sampling. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (17.339) > ttable (2.042) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely: Communication have an influence on Employee Performance in Kofinski Coffee Roastery. The Determination Coefficient obtained R square value of 0.509, this means 50,9% of the employee performance (Y) which can be explained by the communication (X) while the remaining 49,1% is explained by other variables which was not used in this study such as work discipline, compensation, motivation The conclusion in this study is the Communication have an influence on Employee Performance in Kofinski Coffee Roastery./Dalam penelitian ini, untuk menyelidiki kondisi komunikasi pengaruh kinerja karyawan di Kofinski Coffee Roastery. Teori yang digunakan adalah terkait dengan Manajemen Perhotelan, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner didistribusikan ke karyawan. Total populasi 32 karyawan dan sampel dalam studi yang diberi 32 karyawan. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (17,339) > ttable (2.042) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 <0.05, kemudian Ha ditolak dan Ho ditolak, yaitu: komunikasi memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan di Kofinski Coffee Roastery. Hasil R square dari 0.509, ini berarti 50,9% dari kinerja karyawan (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh komunikasi (X) sedangkan yang tersisa 49,1% yang dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam studi ini seperti disiplin, kompensasi, motivasi. Kesimpulan dalam studi ini adalah komunikasi memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan di Kofinski Coffee Roastery.
