Abstract
Background: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a disease that cannot be restored or whose function is restored because the kidney organ has progressively decreased. Nurses have a responsibility in enforcing nursing problems so that they can provide appropriate interventions. Aim: To find an overview of nursing problems in CKD. Method: The method used is a simplified approach. Articles taken from the Google Schoolar database: 27,910, Pubmed: 594, Science Direct: 9,643 and SciELO: 5. Then criticized using JBI Critical Approval Tools so that they get 7 articles. Results: From the seven articles found that nursing problems that often arise are the risk of nutritional imbalance, the risk of electrolyte imbalance, excess fluid volume, ineffective breath pattern, activity intolerance, tissue ineffectiveness, risk of infection, damage to skin integrity and hypothermia. Then divided into three domains based on nursing problems that appear in the same domain, namely nutrition, activity / safety, and security / protection. Conclusion: Nursing problems that are enforced in CKD patients depend on the signs and symptoms experienced and the response addressed by the body. Determining the exact nursing problem depends on the assessment in a physical examination conducted by the nurse. Recommendations: Future studies can conduct research directly in hospitals using quantitative descriptive methods using medical record documents.
