PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam sebagai objek penelitian ini adalah sebuah perusahaan internasional yang terlibat dalam mebel. Dalam penelitian ini, menguji pengaruh dariapakah adanya pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja perushaaan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berhubungan dengan teori karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner didistribusikan ke karyawan. Populasi adalah 132 karyawan yang dijadikan sampel 99 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel acak dengan mengambil sejumlah populasi sebagai sampel untuk diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (8,639) > ttable (1.985) dan nilai yang signifikan dari 0.000 <0.05, kemudian kewirusahaan karakteristik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT. Ahlindo Perkasa Alam. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh dapat dilihat dari hasil rsquare. Hasil R square dari 0,435. Ini berarti bahwa kinerja perusahaan 43,5% dijelaskan dengan karakteristik kewirausahaan dan sisanya 56,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, sistem manajemen, perkembangan karir. Kesimpulan dalam studi ini bahwa adanya pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT. Ahlindo Perkasa Alam.
