Company profits can be measured through profitability ratios. One of the profitability ratios that can be used to measure company profits is Return on Equity. Return on Equity is used to measure the effectivity of a company in generating profits by utilizing its equity. The most popular performance measurement tool for a company between investors and senior managers is Return on Equity because the higher the Return on Equity, the higher the profit earned by the company. The purpose of this study are to analyze the effect of working capital turnover and debt to equity ratio on return on equity in consumer goods companies in the Indonesia. In this study, the research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study uses the financial statements of consumer goods companies listed in IDX 2014-2018. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through documentation studies. This study, using secondary data originating from the annual report (Annual Report) and Financial Report of the company for 5 periods, namely 2014 to 2018. These data were obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). In this study, testing was conducted with linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that Working capital turnover affect on return on equity in consumer goods companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Debt to equity ratio affect on return on equity in consumer goods companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. And Working capital turnover and debt to equity ratio affect on return on equity in consumer goods companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period.
