Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran motivasi kerja dan kualifikasi pendidik terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Gracefully Grace Preschool. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dari Miles dan Huberman. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode. Subyek penelitian berjumlah lima orang guru sekolah Gracefully Grace Preschool. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kualifikasi pendidik berperan penting terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Gracefully Grace Preschool. / This study aims to identify the role of work motivation and educator qualifications on teacher performance in Gracefully Grace Preschool schools. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the technique of Miles and Huberman. The validity of the data using the method triangulation technique. The research subjects were five schoolteachers of Gracefully Grace Preschool. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and educator qualifications play an important role in teacher performance in Gracefully Grace Preschool.
