Abstract
Kinerja guru dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan menunjukkan nilai dari sebuah sekolah. Tingginya tingkat pergantian guru beberapa tahun belakangan dapat disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan kinerja guru. Kenaikan atau penurunan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan dengan berbagai variabel-variabel lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan iklim organisasi dan stres dengan kinerja guru SMA Triratna yang menerapkan nilai- nilai Buddhis yang universal kepada guru dan siswa. Iklim organisasi yang nyaman, dan tingkat stres negatif yang tidak tinggi atau bahkan stres bersifat positif dapat menjadi pendorong meningkatnya kinerja guru sangat diperlukan di SMA Triratna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 22 orang guru di SMA Triratna Jakarta Barat. Data dari kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan piranti lunak SPSS versi 24 dengan menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan koefisien regresi dari model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat iklim organisasi dan stres memiliki hubungan positif sebesar 70,7% dengan kinerja guru. Iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,698. Sedangkan stres memiliki hubungan yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,324 dengan kinerja guru / Teacher performance in education institution also shows value of the school. The increment of teacher turn over lately might be caused by many factors which influence teacher performance. Increasing or decreasing of teacher performance relates with many variables. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation of organization climate and stress with the teacher performance in SMA Triratna which implements universal Buddhis values to students and teachers. Comfort organization climate in school, less negative stress, and improvement of positive stress are possible as a motivation to increase the teacher performance is needed in SMA Triratna. The research method was using quantative approarch with collinear regression analysis model. Data collection technique is using questioner on 22 teachers in SMA Triratna Jakarta Barat. The data from quesioner are analyzed using SPSS v.24 software and included examined validity, reliability, and regression coefficient of the research model. The final result of this research proved that organization climate and stress was giving 70,7% of positive correlation to teacher performance. Organization climate has significant correlation with 0.689 of regression coefficient to teacher performance. Whereas stress has no significant correlation with 0.324 of regression coefficient to the teacher performance
