Abstract
XYZ Elementary School in West Jakarta has implemented a 'Gerakan Literasi Sekolah' known as a literacy program that aims to improve student's literacy skills. This program requires the teacher to be a role model for students in increasing their reading interests. Based on observations, it's shown that teachers rarely read reading material and do not have extensive knowledge of literacy teaching strategies. This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher reading interest, teacher information literacy skills, and teacher self-efficacy on literacy teaching strategies skills in literacy programs. The research method used is quantitative which used a questionnaire that was made by the researcher, which was measured using a Likert scale as the research instrument. The subject of the research is 30 teachers at XYZ Elementary School in West Jakarta as the respondent who teach literacy in the literacy program. The data obtained were then tested using Partial Least Square ver 3.0. The results showed that teachers' reading interests, information literacy skills, and self-efficacy have a positive effect on literacy teaching strategies. / Sekolah Dasar XYZ di Jakarta Barat telah melaksanakan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah yang disebut sebagai literacy program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi siswa. Hal ini mengharuskan guru menjadi role model bagi siswa dalam meningkatkan minat baca. Pengamatan awal dengan menunjukkan guru masih jarang membaca bahan bacaan dan tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang luas mengenai kemampuan melakukan strategi pengajaran literasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca guru, kemampuan literasi informasi guru, dan efikasi diri guru terhadap kemampuan melakukan strategi pengajaran literasi pada literacy program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert sebagai instrumen penelitian. Subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan 30 responden yaitu seluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar XYZ yang mengajarkan literasi pada literacy program. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square ver 3.0 Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa minat baca guru, kemampuan literasi informasi guru, dan efikasi diri guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan melakukan strategi pengajaran literasi.
