Abstract

The aim of this research is to show the positive influence of the condition of learning motivation on the learning outcomes, the positive influence of Class Management on the learning outcomes, and the positive implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) on the learning outcomes of Civics Education students of VIII grade SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. The research method used was descriptive analysis method which involved the entire population, 26 students of class VIII at SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Data was collected by survey method in the form of a closed questionnaire and a test in the form of a rubric. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, with inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 3.0. This study shows that (a) learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (b) class management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; c) PBL implementation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning./Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh positif motivasi balajar terhadap hasil belajar, pengaruh positif manajemen kelas terhadap hasil belajar, pengaruh positif implementasi project based learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar pada pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di kelas VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis yang melibatkan seluruh populasi yaitu 26 responden kelas VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dalam bentuk angket tertutup dan tes dalam bentuk rubrik. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dengan statistik inferensial, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (a) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (b) manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa; c) implementasi PBL berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.
