Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit tidak dapat dilepaskan dari pelayanan kefarmasian. Yang menjadi salah satu nilai pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu waktu tunggu pasien. Rumah sakit swasta x yang berada di tangerang merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang berstandar internasional, oleh karena itu waktu tunggu pasien selalu menjadi perhatian dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit, terutama waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pada instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep di rawat jalan serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pelayanan resep rawat jalan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian secara observasional deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara simple random sampling. Dari 113 sampel yang terbagi berdasarkan jumlah item dan waktu pengambilan pada jam sibuk dan tidak sibuk maka hasil yang didapat bahwa jumlah item obat tidak berpengaruh dalam pelayanan waktu tunggu resep, namun jumlah petugas yang kompeten serta perangkat keras (komputer) juga sistem dari pelayanan kefarmasian sangat mempengaruhi lama atau cepatnya suatu resep dapat diselesaikan./ Hospital services cannot be separated from pharmaceutical services. One of the values of pharmaceutical services is patient waiting time. The private hospital X located in Tangerang is one of the hospitals with international standards, therefore patient waiting time is always a concern in improving hospital services, especially waiting times for prescription services at outpatient pharmacy installations. This study aims to determine the average waiting time for outpatient prescription services and to determine what factors affect the waiting time for outpatient prescription services. By using descriptive observational research method with data collection by simple random sampling. Of the 113 samples that were divided based on the number of items and the time of collection during peak and off-peak hours, the results obtained that the number of drug items did not affect the waiting time for prescription services, but the number of competent officers and hardware (computers) as well as the system of pharmaceutical services was very high. affect how long or fast a recipe can be completed.
