Kesesuaian peresepan obat pasien BPJS Kesehatan di rumah sakit memiliki panduan dan pedoman dalam pemberian obat kepada pasien yang tertuang dalam Formularium Nasional, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui presentase kesesuaian peresepan obat rawat jalan pasien BPJS Kesehatan dengan FORNAS periode Januari-Maret 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang dilakukan sescara retrospektif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 400 lembar resep dengan teknik simple random sampling. Total presentase kesesuaian keseluruhan resep periode Januari-Maret 2021 pada kelima poliklinik mencapai 86% dengan penjabaran masing-masing poli tertinggi yaitu poli jantung 100%, poli poli urologi 97,5%, poli paru 96,25%, poli penyakit dalam 92,5%, dan terendah yaitu poli saraf dengan presentase 43,75%./ The suitability of prescribing drugs for BPJS Health patients in hospitals has guidelines and guidelines in administering drug to patients contained in the National Formulary, with the aim of knowing the percentage of compliance with prescribing outpatient drugs for BPJS Health patients with FORNAS for the period January-March 2021. This study uses a descriptive approach which was carried out retrospectively with the sample used as many as 400 prescription sheets with simple random sampling technique. The total percentage of conformity of all prescriptions for the January-March 2021 period at the five polyclinics reached 86% with the highest description of each poly, 100% cardiac poly, 97,5% urology poly, 96,25% pulmonary poly, 92,5% internal medicine poly, and the lowest is neurology with a percentage of 43,75%.
