Business disputes can be done through litigation or non-litigation such as arbitration that is popular recently in the world wide. The main thing of relations between countries is commerce and by the development of technology we can trade anything through the internet that we named it e-commerce. E-commerce bring so many positive sides for the user, but when a problem occurs through this e-commerce, online arbitration and online dispute resolutions is the solutions for the e-commerce. Recently in Indonesia so many e-commerce platform that provides services for the user of this type of transaction with the support of e-banking. But in Indonesia do not have an Online Disputes Resolutions platform and Online Arbitration platform for settlement of business dispute that happened by e-commerce. If we settled using the online arbitration overseas the verdict can be executed in Indonesia at Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat but we must register it first and this thing is based on New York Convention 1958. This research focuses on the method of dispute resolution using online arbitration as online dispute resolution and another online dispute resolutions such as online mediations and online negotiations. Analysis method used in this research is qualitative method and based on the books, websites, regulations, and journal. The mechanism and process of online arbitration will also be contended in this research. This research aims to analyze online arbitration as a way of resolving disputes in the cyber world, e-commerce and also about the regulation of online arbitration if applied in Indonesia.
