Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting yang dapat menentukan berkembangnya sebuah perusahaan, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM seperti perekrutan yang baik dan pelatihan. Hal tersebut tentu menimbulkan biaya bagi perusahaan, terutama apabila karyawan yang telah dilatih dengan baik melakukan turnover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh stress pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover pada awak kabin yang bekerja di PT Garuda Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) paada 202 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan stress pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover awak kabin PT Garuda Indonesia. Sifat pengaruh yang diberikan stress pekerjaan terhadap turnover intention adalah positif, sedangkan sifat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi adalah negatif. Artinya semakin rendah stress pekerjaan para awak kabin, maka intensi turnover juga akan semakin rendah dan berlaku sebaliknya. Sedangkan apabila kepuasan kerja meningkat dan juga komitmen organisasi meningkat, maka intensi turnover akan menurun. / Human resources is the most important aspects that can determine the development of a company, various efforts are made to improve the quality of human resources such as good and training. This of course raises costs for the company, especially if employees who want to do good make a turnover. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the turnover intensity of cabin crew working at PT Garuda Indonesia. The study was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method on 202 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the turnover intensity of PT Garuda Indonesia's cabin crew. The nature of the influence given by job stress on turnover intention is positive, while the nature of the influence given by job satisfaction and organizational commitment is negative. This means that the lower the work stress of the cabin crew, the lower the turnover intensity and vice versa. While job satisfaction increases and organizational commitment also increases, the turnover intensity will decrease.
