Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) menganalisis dan menguji
pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan, 4) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 141 perawat rumah sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon, dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel jenuh/ teknik sensus. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) adalah program SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah insentif finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Insentif non finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja./The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on job satisfaction, 2) analyze and test the effect of nonfinancial incentives on job satisfaction, 3) analyze and test the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, 4) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on work motivation, 5) analyze and test the effect of non-financial incentives on work motivation. The data collection method in this study was a survey conducted
using a questionnaire to 141 nurses at the Gunung Maria Hospital Tomohon, with using the saturated sampling method/census technique. The tool used to analyze the partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is the SmartPLS version 3.3.3 program. The results of this study are financial incentives have a positive effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Non-financial
incentives that have a positive effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction.
