Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak pada hampir seluruh bidang termasuk bidang pembelajaran. Semenjak adanya COVID-19 di tanah air seluruh pelajar diminta untuk melakukkan pembelajaran secara daring tetapi hal tersebut tidak dapat dilakukan terus menerus pada jurusan tertentu contohnya seperti mahasiswa klinik Fakultas Kedokteran. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa klinik dapat mengalami kecemasan karena risiko penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa klinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan terhadap risiko penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan desain studi cross – sectional dengan jumlah 220 responden mahasiswa klinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Responden akan mengisi kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) lalu data akan di analisis menggunakan program SPSS 23 dengan menggunakan uji statistik Mann – Whitney. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 200 (90.9%) mahasiswa klinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan mengalami tingkat kecemasan sedang dan 20 (9.1%) mengalami tingkat kecemasan berat. Faktor jenis kelamin juga mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan seseorang dan terbukti dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa perempuan mengalami tingkat kecemasan lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki – laki sedangkan tingkat kecemasan berdasarkan jadwal rotasi departemen tidak signifikan / The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted almost all fields including the field of learning. Since the existence of COVID-19 in the country, all students have been asked to do online learning but this cannot be done continuously in certain majors, for example, such as clinical students of the Faculty of Medicine. Therefore, clinic students can experience anxiety because of the risk of transmitting COVID-19. This research was conducted to see the level of clinical students at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan against the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This study was included in an unpaired categorical comparative analytic study with a cross-sectional study design with a total of 220 respondents as clinical students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan. Respondents will fill out the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire and then the data will be analyzed using the SPSS 23 program using the Mann-Whitney statistical test. The results of this study indicate that 200 (90.9%) clinical students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan experienced moderate anxiety levels and 20 (9.1%) experienced severe anxiety levels. Gender factors also affect a person's level of anxiety and it is evident from the results of research that show that women experience a higher level of anxiety than men, while the level of anxiety based on the department's rotation schedule is not significant.
