ABSTRAK Wilky Waluyo (0107180027) HUBUNGAN ANTARA TATA LAKSANA OPERATIF DAN NON OPERATIF DENGAN LUARAN PASIEN SINDROM TEROWONGAN KARPAL DI RUMAH SAKIT SILOAM LIPPO VILLAGE Latar Belakang : Biaya tata laksana sindrom terowongan karpal yang besar membuat peneliti tertarik untuk mencari tata laksana yang paling efektif untuk mengurangi beban ekonomi pasien serta memberikan luaran yang baik bagi pasien agar dapat kembali menjadi tulang punggung keluarga untuk mencari nafkah bagi keluarga Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui hubungan antara tata laksana operatif dan non operatif dengan luaran pasien sindrom terowongan karpal di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian cross sectional (potong lintang) yang menggunakan kuesioner Michigan Hand Questionnaire untuk mengukur luaran pasien sindrom terowongan karpal dan rekam medis pasien yang terdiagnosis sindrom terowongan untuk menggali infomasi mengenai tata laksana yang diambil. Jumlah subyek penelitian adalah 143 pasien yang terdiagnosis sindrom terowongan karpal di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village. Uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Mann – Whitney dan uji korelasi Kruskal – Wallis dan diolah dengan program SPSS 25.0. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel jenis tatalaksana dengan luaran sindrom terowongan karpal dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan setelah tatalaksana , p – value < 0.001. Tatalaksana operatif menghasilkan luaran yang lebih baik daripada tatalaksana non – operatif. Kata Kunci : Tata laksana, Luaran, Sindrom terowongan karpal. / ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OPERATIVE AND NON – OPERATIVE PROCEDURES WITH THE OUTCOME OF CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME PATIENT AT SILOAM HOSPITAL LIPPO VILLAGE Background : The high cost of carpal tunnel syndrome management makes researchers interested in finding the most effective treatment to reduce the patient's economic burden and provide good outcomes for patients so that they can return to being the backbone of the family to earn a living for the family. Aim : The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between operative and non – operative procedures with the outcome of carpal tunnel syndrome patient at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village Methods : This study was included in a cross-sectional study that used the Michigan Hand Questionnaire to measure the outcome of carpal tunnel syndrome patients and medical records of patients diagnosed with tunnel syndrome to obtain information about the treatment taken. The number of research subjects was 143 patients diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital. Statistical test using Mann – Whitney correlation test and Kruskal – Wallis correlation test and processed with SPSS 25.0 program. Results : There was a significant relationship between the type of treatment variable and the outcome of carpal tunnel syndrome within 6 months after treatment, p-value <0.001.
