The purpose of this research is to know the effects of fixed assets revaluation to the financial performance as well as a picture of financial condition in PT. Bank Jasa Jakarta period 2013-2016. The effect research were analyzed using solvability ratio that consist of debt to equity and debt to asset, activity ratio that consist of asset turnover and fixed asset turnover, profitability ratio that consist of return on asset, return on equity, and profit margin, and lastly using liquidity ratio that consist of cash ratio and quick ratio. The object of this research is PT. Bank Jasa Jakarta which uses its financial report as well as annual report from the year 2013 to 2016. The type of data that are used is secondary data. The method of gathering data in this research uses a documentary method. The result of this research shows that the fixed asset revaluation gave a various effect to the ratios as stated before. It was shown that PT Bank Jasa Jakarta did a fixed asset revaluation on 2015, and various changes happen in the financial performance after the revaluation.
