Abstract
Employee engagement merupakan topik yang hangat dibicarakan beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Employee engagement membuat karyawan merasa terlibat dan antusias dalam bekerja sehingga mereka mau memberikan yang terbaik untuk kesuksesan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, well-being, dan kecerdasaan emosi guru terhadap employee engagement di SDS Pelangi Kasih Jakarta. Hal ini dikarenakan guru merupakan kunci yang memiliki peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karena gurulah yang berinteraksi secara langsung dengan siswa dan orang tua. Faktor yang berkaitan dengan employee engagement yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, well-being, dan kecerdasan emosi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 65 guru yang bekerja di SDS Pelangi Kasih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0 yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, well-being, dan kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement guru di SDS Pelangi Kasih Jakarta / Employee engagement is a hot topic that has been discussed in recent years. Employee engagement makes employees feel involved and enthusiastic in doing their works so that they will give their best for the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of job satisfaction, well-being, and emotional intelligence on teacher’s employee engagement in SDS Pelangi Kasih Jakarta. It is because teacher has an important role in achieving the goal of education. Teacher interacts directly with students and parents. Some factors related to employee engagement in this study are job satisfaction, well-being, and emotional intelligence. The data in this study were collected through survey method by distributing questionnaires to 65 teachers who are working at SDS Pelangi Kasih. This study was used quantitative approach with PLS-SEM method to evaluate the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The data were then processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Program. The results showed that job satisfaction, well-being, and emotional intelligence have positive impact on teachers' employee engagement in SDS Pelangi Kasih Jakarta
