Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) telah berdiri sejak tahun 1994. Penyimpanan proposal LPPM UPH masih menggunakan laporan berupa hardcopy, hal ini menyebabkan pencarian proposal yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dengan adanya sistem informasi dapat mempercepat arus informasi dalam informasi proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi yang dapat menyimpan proposal, review proposal dan revisi proposal. Metode yang dilakukan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) berbasis prototype. Uji coba sistem menggunakan black box serta PIECES yang dilakukan oleh user. PIECES digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan sebelum dan membandingkan hasil sistem saat ini dan sistem usulan. Rata-rata hasil PIECES untuk sistem saat ini lebih rendah daripada sistem usulan dengan nilai masing-masing adalah 2,56 dan 4,48. Kesimpulan sistem yang dibuat berdasarkan sistem identifikasi, sistem dapat digunakan oleh beberapa user, sistem dapat di masukkan data proposal dan sistem dapat di masukkan data reviewer serta data review. / Center for Research and Community Development (CRCD) at Pelita Harapan University (UPH) was established in 1994. CRCD UPH proposals currently are still stored in the form of hard copies, and this causes a long process of retrieving proposals. An information system will hasten the flow of information in CRCD proposals. The goal of this research is to make an information system that can store, review, and revise proposals. The method that was used is a prototype-based System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). System testing was done using black box as well as PIECES that was done by the user. PIECES was used to identify problems within the current system, and to compare results procured by the current system and the proposed system. The average results for PIECES for the present system is lower than results of the proposed system, with results amounting to 2.56 and 4.48 respectively. The conclusion that could be taken is that based on system identification, the system could be used by various users, proposal data could be input into the system, and reviewer as well as review data could also be input into the system
