Abstract

ABSTRACT Marcellino Febriananda Susanto HUBUNGAN KOMPONEN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PEMBELAJARAN DARING DENGAN INDEKS PRESTASI SEMESTER MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS PELITA HARAPAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 Latar Belakang : Wabah Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) yang merebak di Wuhan, Tiongkok pada bulan Desember 2019 telah menjadikan pandemi global. Universitas menjadikan metode pembelajaran daring sebagai alternatif dari pembelajaran tatap muka terutama di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Untuk melihat hubungan Indeks Prestasi Semester (IPS) mahasiswa terhadap metode pembelajaran daring maka dapat dinilai dengan melihat komponen motivasi belajar dari pembelajaran daring yaitu atensi, relevansi, kepercayaan diri dan kepuasan diri. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan pembelajaran daring dengan menilai motivasi belajar dan komponen dari motivasi belajar pembelajaran daring terhadap indeks prestasi semester pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan selama Pandemi COVID-19. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan studi potong lintang yang dilakukan pada 56 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan secara acak. Pengambilan data akan dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS). Hasil dari penelitian akan dianalisis dengan analisa korelasi menggunakan pengolahan data SPSS 23 dan microsoft excel. Hasil : 56 sampel mayoritas terdiri dari 58.9% laki-laki dan memiliki motivasi belajar medium tinggi 41.1% dan juga 39.3% diantaranya memiliki kemampuan fokus lebih dari 30 menit hingga pembelajaran selesai, selain itu terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi belajar serta komponennya dengan Indeks Prestasi Semester. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan kuat antara motivasi belajar dengan Indeks Prestasi Semester dengan r korelasi sebesar 0.576, dan hubungan yang kuat secara simultan antara komponen motivasi belajar yang terdiri dari atensi, relevansi, kepercayaan diri dan kepuasan diri dengan Indeks Prestasi Semester dengan r korelasi sebesar 0.651. The university uses online learning methods as an alternative to face-to-face learning, especially at Pelita Harapan University. To see the relationship between students' Semester Achievement Index (IPS) and online learning methods, it can be assessed by looking at the components of learning motivation from online learning, namely attention, relevance, confidence and self-satisfaction. Aim : To find out the relationship between online learning by assessing learning motivation and the components of online learning learning motivation to the semester achievement index for students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pelita Harapan during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Methods : This study used a cross-sectional study conducted on 56 students of the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University randomly. Data collection will be done by filling out the Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS) questionnaire. The results of the study will be analyzed by correlation analysis using SPSS 23 data processing and Microsoft Excel. Result : 56 majority samples consisted of 58.9% men and had a medium high learning motivation of 41.1% and 39.3% of them had the ability to focus more than 30 minutes until the learning was completed, besides that there was a strong relationship between learning motivation and its components with Semester Achievement Index. Conclusion : There is a strong relationship between learning motivation and the Semester Achievement Index with an r correlation of 0.576, and a simultaneous strong relationship between the components of learning motivation consisting of attention, relevance, confidence and self-satisfaction with the Semester Achievement Index with an r correlation of 0.651.
