Abstract

Dalam kondisi pembelajaran yang diharuskan berlangsung secara online seperti saat ini, kompetensi yang memumpuni dari seorang guru memiliki pengaruh yang krusial dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Mempersiapkan sebuah materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru sebab banyaknya kendala yang terjadi selama pembelajaran online, seperti ruang kelas virtual yang terbatas, gaya belajar siswa yang beragam, jaringan yang sering mengalami gangguan, serta kemampuan orang tua siswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gawai untuk siswa. Tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan upaya guru dalam meningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran siswa kelas VI melalui pengguaan media pembelajaran yang variatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan paper ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah variasi penggunaan media pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan materi, kekuatan, kelemahan, serta kebutuhan siswa mampu membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa selama pembelajaran online. Selain mempersiapkan materi dengan baik guru perlu menyiapkan variasi media pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan hasil analisis terhadap materi yang hendak diajarkan dan analisis terhadap kekuatan, kelemahan, dan kebutuhan siswa. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mempersiapkan waktu lebih lama dalam melakukan observasi dan praktik agar data yang dimiliki lebih optimal./In the conditions of learning that are required to take place online as it is today, the competent competence of a teacher has a crucial influence in creating effective learning. Preparing an interesting and effective learning material is a challenge for teachers because of the many obstacles that occur during online learning, such as limited virtual classrooms, diverse student learning styles, often disrupted networks, and the ability of parents to meet the needs of devices. for students. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the teacher's efforts in increasing the learning effectiveness of class VI students through the use of varied learning media. The research method used in the preparation of this paper is a descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are variations in the use of learning media that are tailored to the needs of the material, strengths, weaknesses, and needs of students can help students understand learning materials and increase student involvement during online learning. In addition to preparing the material well, the teacher needs to prepare a variety of learning media that is adjusted to the results of an analysis of the material to be taught and an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, and needs of students. For further research, it is recommended to prepare a longer time in conducting observations and practices so that the data held is more optimal.
