Abstract

Pembelajaran daring bukanlah hal yang asing bagi siswa maupun guru. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, pembelajaran daring hendaknya dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Namun realita yang ditemukan di lapangan selama pembelajaran daring adalah kurangnya keaktifan siswa baik menjawab, bertanya, mengaktifkan fitur kamera, bahkan mengerjakan latihan/tugas. Dari permasalahan ini, tujuan penulisan tugas akhir yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan reinforcement dalam upaya meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Reinforcement merupakan salah satu praktik dari teori belajar Operant Conditioning yang membahas tentang pemberian stimulus seperti motivasi, pujian, reward, dan punishment agar mendapatkan respons yang sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan didukung bukti observasi dan jurnal refleksi mengajar di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Bangka. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu penerapan reinforcement dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring serta membuat siswa semakin menyadari identitasnya sebagai murid Kristus yang seharusnya mencerminkan karakter-karakter Kristus di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini masih memiliki kekurangan khususnya pada kelengkapan data indikator keaktifan siswa dan sumber-sumber pendukung. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya peneliti selanjutnya menggunakan data yang lebih lengkap dan menambahkan sumber-sumber yang mendukung agar topik dapat dikaji lebih dalam./Online learning is not unfamiliar to students and teachers. With the development of technology, online learning can run effectively. However, the reality found in the field is the lack of student activity in answering, asking questions, activating camera features, and even doing exercises/tasks. From this problem, the purpose of writing this final project is to know the implementation of the reinforcement to increase student activity during online learning. Reinforcement is one of the Operant Conditioning learning theory that prioritizes stimulants such as motivations, praise, reward, and punishment for getting the desired response. The research using a qualitative descriptive method supported by observational evidence and teaching reflection journals at a Christian school in Bangka. The results obtained are that the implementations of reinforcement can increase student learning activities during courageous learning and make students aware of their identity as Christ's disciples who should reflect Christ's characters in the classroom. This research still has shortcomings, especially in the completeness of student activity indicator data and resources. So, future researchers should use more complete data and add supporting sources to learn this topic more deeply.
