Abstract
Pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi pendidikan karkater khususnya kedisiplinan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Selama melaksanakan PPL 2, penulis mengamati bahwa perilaku siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran masih perlu dibina guru untuk membangun kedisiplinan siswa. Kedisiplinan adalah suatu proses mengarah kepada kemampuan siswa dalam mengendalikan diri untuk bersikap taat, patuh, bertanggung jawab dan menjadi suatu pembiasaan dalam diri untuk bertindak di dunia nyata. Melalui kedisiplinan, siswa dapat bertindak sebagai makhluk yang beretika dan bermoral. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulis ini adalah memaparkan upaya guru sebagai in loco parentis dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa. Akibat dosa memengaruhi kehidupan manusia. Siswa dapat melanggar peraturan dan tidak taat melakasanakan kehendak Allah. Tujuan akhir dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa adalah untuk membawa siswa memiliki karakter yang serupa dengan Kristus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan hasil portofolio dan didukung oleh kajian literatur yang berhubungan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa upaya guru sebagai in loco parentis dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa adalah mengenali karakter siswa, mendesain pembelajaran yang kreatif, menjadi teladan, membuat peraturan, dan menerapkan sistem reward dan consequences dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian lanjutan diperlukan upayaupaya lain yang efektif dan melakukan pengukuran menggunakan diagram./Online learning, which was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, became a challenge for character education, especially student discipline in learning. During the implementation of PPL 2, the authors observed that the behavior of students in participating in learning still needs to be fostered by teachers to build student discipline. Discipline is a process that leads to the ability of students to control themselves to be obedient, obedient, responsible, and become a habit in themselves to act in the real world. Through discipline, students can act as ethical and moral beings. Therefore, the purpose of this author is to describe the efforts of teachers as in loco parents in fostering student discipline. The consequences of sin affect human life. Students can break the rules and disobey God's will. The ultimate goal in fostering student discipline is to bring students to have a Christlike character. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method based on portfolio results and is supported by a literature review related to the topic of discussion. The results showed that some of the teacher's efforts as in loco parentis in fostering student discipline were recognizing student character, designing creative learning, being 2 an example, making rules, and implementing a reward system and consequences in learning. In further research, other effective efforts are needed and take measurements using diagrams.
