Abstract

Pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa berlandaskan pada etikan Kristen diperlukan dengan dasar manusia seharusnya dapat mencerminkan karakter Kristus. Pentingnya kedisiplinan siswa yaitu agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Kenyataannya berdasarkan hasil observasi pada kelas XII MIPA ditemukan beberapa sikap tidak disiplin siswa. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi sebuah bentuk tidak taatnya manusia kepada Allah. Akibatnya waktu belajar menjadi tidak efektif dan proses pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan efisien. Dengan diterapkan peraturan dan prosedur kelas memberikan dampak positif dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut selama praktik mengajar. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk menjelaskan upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XII MIPA melalui penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas. Metode penulisan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Kedisiplinan menjadi sebuah implementasi dari pemahaman etika Kristen yang berlandaskan pada kebenaran Alkitab. Terbentuknya kedisiplinan siswa dipengaruhi oleh peranan guru Kristen sebagai agen transformasi melalui pendisiplinan yang bersifat positif dan berdasarkan pada tuntunan Roh Kudus. Hasil penerapan yang diberikan selama dua pertemuan secara konsisten menjadi upaya dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Pemberian peraturan dan prosedur kelas dengan menggunakan kalimat positif, sesuai dengan ketidakdisiplinan siswa, telah disepakati oleh seluruh anggota kelas dan secara konsisten. Saran yang diberikan adalah peraturan dan prosedur dapat diterapkan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang untuk membangun kebiasaan disiplin siswa yang dapat ditunjukkan dalam kehidupannya./The character formation to discipline based on Christian ethics is necessary on the basis that man is the image of God that should be able to reflect the character of Christ. The importance of student discipline is that learning goals can be achieved. In fact, based on the observation results from grade XII MIPA found some indiscipline of students. This is a form of man's disobedience to God. As a result, learning time becomes ineffective and the learning process does not run efficiently. Applying classroom rules and procedures give an positive impact to overcome such problems during teaching practices. The purpose of this article is to discuss an effort to improve the discipline of students of grade XII MIPA through the application of class rules and procedures. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Discipline becomes an implementation of understanding Christian ethics based on Biblical truth. The discipline formation is influenced by the role of Christian teachers as agents of transformation through positive discipline and based on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The result of application given during two meetings consistently become an effort to improve student discipline. The provision of class rules and procedures using positive sentences, in accordance with student indiscipline, has been agreed upon by all class members and does consistently. The recommendation given is that rules and procedures can be applied over a long period of time to build a student's disciplinary habits that can be applied in his or her life.
