Abstract
Pembentukan karakter merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan karakter yang diinginkan. Dalam praktiknya, pembentukan karakter dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan karakter. Pada pembelajaran online, terdapat beberapa peyimpangan perilaku siswa, salah satunya tentang tanggung jawab siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator tanggung jawab siswa dalam pembelajaran online berupa siswa mengerjakan tugas dan mengumpulkan tugas dengan tepat waktu. Salah satu upaya guru dalam membentuk perilaku tanggung jawab siswa adalah melalui metode pembiasaan. Melalui metode pembiasaan, siswa dibentuk untuk terbiasa melakukan perilaku yang baik sehingga menghasilkan suatu kebiasaan yang baik pula. Sebagai umat yang sudah ditebus, sepatutnya manusia untuk mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya untuk kemuliaan Tuhan. Allah merancang kehidupan siswa untuk dapat menempuh pendidikan dengan baik, sehingga kiranya siswa mengerjakan kewajiban yang Allah berikan sebagai bukti kasihnya kepada Allah. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi metode pembiasaan dalam membangun karakter tanggung jawab terhadap siswa dalam pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perkembangan tanggung jawab siswa dalam pembelajaran online. Pada pelaksanaannya perlu diperhatikan beberapa langkah serta beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi. Selain itu juga, diperlukan konsistensi dan kesabaran karena metode pembiasaan membutuhkan proses serta lebih baik jika dilaksankan sedini mungkin / Character formation is an effort made to produce the desired character. In practice, character building is carried out through character education. In online learning, there are several deviations in student behavior, one of which is about student responsibility. This can be seen from the indicators of student responsibility in online learning in the form of students doing assignments and collecting assignments on time. One of the teacher's efforts in shaping students' responsible behavior is through the habituation method. Through the habituation method, students are formed to get used to doing good behavior so as to produce a good habit as well. As a redeemed people, it is proper for humans to carry out their duties and responsibilities for the glory of God. God designed the lives of students to be able to take education well, so that students may carry out the obligations that God has given as proof of their love for God. The purpose of writing this final project is

to analyze the implementation of the habituation method in building the character of responsibility towards students in online learning. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate the development of student responsibility in online learning. In its implementation, it is necessary to consider several steps and several influencing factors. In addition, consistency and patience are needed because the habituation method requires a process and is better if implemented as early as possible.
