Abstract

Keterlibatan aktif murid dalam flipped classroom sangat penting karena akan memengaruhi kognitif, perilaku, kualitas dan hasil belajar, serta emosi murid selama proses pembelajaran. Keterlibatan aktif murid dalam pembelajaran dapat diukur berdasarkan tujuh indikator yakni menyumbangkan ide, bertanya, menjawab pertanyaan, menyanggah, mengikuti aturan kelas, mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu. Terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran merupakan sebuah respons murid sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah atas anugerah-Nya. Namun, masih terdapat murid yang belum mampu terlibat aktif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurang variatifnya metode, strategi, dan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam kelas. Model pembelajaran Treffinger merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif murid. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterlibatan aktif murid dalam flipped classroom melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Treffinger. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Treffinger efektif untuk mengembangkan keterlibatan aktif murid dalam pembelajaran. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh tahapan model pembelajaran Treffinger yang efektif untuk memacu murid berpikir, menyelesaikan masalah, menemukan solusi, dan menghasilkan karya. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya agar model pembelajaran Treffinger dipadukan dengan menerapkan rewards or consequences. Penerapan tersebut bertujuan agar dapat membimbing murid untuk lebih mudah mencapai salah satu indikator yaitu mengikuti aturan kelas. / Students’ active involvement in the flipped classroom is a crucial issue because it will affect the aspect of cognitive, behavior, quality, learning outcomes, and students’ emotions during the learning processes. The students’ active involvement can be measured based on seven indicators namely contribute ideas, asking and answering questions, refute, obey the class rules, working and submit assignments on time. Being actively engage in learning is a student’s response as the image of God for His amazing grace. However, there were still students who had not been able to show their active involvement in learning. This is due to the lack of variety of methods, strategies, and learning models applied in the classroom. Treffinger learning model is one of the learning models that can develop student active engagement. Due to this condition, the purpose of writing this Final Project is to analyze the students’ active involvement in the flipped classroom by applying of the Treffinger learning model. This project uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of the study showed that the Treffinger learning model is effective developed students’ active involvement in the flipped classroom. This success is supported by the stages of Treffinger learning model that encouraged students to thought, solved problems, found solutions, and produce task works. It is recommended that research using the Treffinger learning model can be combined with applying rewards or consequences. The application aims to guide students to achieve one of the indicators, comply with mutually agreed class rules.
