Abstract

Pembelajaran daring mengakibatkan guru dan murid tidak dapat bertatap muka secara langsung. Diperlukan prosedur agar guru dan murid tetap dapat menunjukkan kehadiran sosial selama proses pembelajaran melalui prosedur pengaktifan kamera. Namun, selama proses pembelajaran di salah satu sekolah dasar di Medan ditemukan bahwa murid tidak mengaktifkan kamera selama proses pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa murid belum bertanggung jawab dalam menaati prosedur kelas yang telah disepakati. Etika bertanggung jawab adalah salah satu cara untuk merefleksikan karakter Allah yang dimiliki manusia. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab murid tidak mengaktifkan kamera dan strategi guru untuk meningkatkan sikap bertanggung jawab murid selama pembelajaran sinkronus. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah murid belum memahami pentingnya prosedur kelas sebagai faktor penyebab murid tidak mengaktifkan kamera selama kelas sinkronus. Strategi yang guru terapkan untuk membantu murid adalah menjelaskan kembali tentang prosedur kelas, mengingatkan, dan memodelkannya secara konsisten, melakukan evaluasi, serta memberikan apresiasi kepada murid yang berhasil melakukannya. Kesimpulannya, prosedur kelas yang dilakukan secara konsisten dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab murid untuk mengaktifkan kamera selama pembelajaran sinkronus. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah mengkaji strategi lain untuk mengembangkan sikap bertanggung jawab murid selama proses pembelajaran daring. / Online learning makes teachers and students unable to meet face-to-face. Procedures are needed so teachers and students can show social presence during learning process through camera activation procedures. However, during learning process at one of primary school in Medan, it was found that students did not activate their camera. This shows that students have not been responsible for complying with the agreed class procedures. Responsibility is an ethic and one way to reflect God’s character that humans have. The purpose of this study are to describe factors that cause students to not activate camera and teacher's strategies to increase students' responsibility during synchronous learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The result of this study are students do not understand the importance of classroom procedures as a factor causing students not to activate camera during synchronous classes. The strategy that the teacher applies to help students is to re-explain the class procedures, remind and model them consistently, do an evaluation, and give appreciation to students who succeed in doing them. In conclusion, consistent classroom procedures can increase students’ responsibility to activate camera during synchronous learning. Suggestions for future researchers are to examine other strategies to develop students' responsibility during online learning process.
