Abstract

SMP ABC Tangerang merupakan sebuah sekolah yang sebagian besar gurunya sudah mengajar lebih dari 10 tahun di sana. Lama mengajar bisa diindikasikan sebagai sebuah bentuk komitmen organisasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan organizational trust terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di SMP ABC Tangerang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain regresi. Penelitian menggunakan sensus, di mana seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel penelitian, yaitu 30 guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuisioner yang terdiri dari empat variabel, yaitu kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan organizational trust sebagai variabel bebas, dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel terikat. Kuisioner diuji menggunakan uji validitas konstruk, dan uji reliabilitas Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan organizational trust berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi / SMP ABC Tangerang is a school that most of the teacher have worked there for more than ten years. The duration of teaching can be identified as a form of good organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is analyze the influence between job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational trust to teacher’s organizational commitment in SMP X Tangerang. The approach that being used is quantitative descriptive and using regression design. This theses is using census, because all the population member, 30 teachers, become a sample. The instrument that being used is a questionnaire with four variable, which job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational trust become independent variable, and organizational commitment become dependent variable. The questionnaire will be tested using construct validity test, and reliability test. Data will be measured using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this study is job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational trust to have positive relation with organizational commitment
