Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam pendidikan mengalami peningkatan pesat secara khusus pada media pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Oleh sebab itu para guru sebagai pengguna teknologi media pembelajaran yaitu papan interaktif perlu membekali diri untuk menghadapinya. Penerapan teknologi papan interaktif dipengaruhi oleh cepat atau lambatnya laju adopsi. Untuk mempercepat laju adopsi papan interaktif diperlukan penelitian terhadap pengaruh Kepercayaan Guru, Komunikasi Personal dan Penerimaan Teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran empat kuesioner dan pertanyaan wawancara terhadap populasi guru yang pernah menggunakan papan interaktif. Data yang didapatkan diolah dengan menguji reliabilitas dan validitas, melakukan analisis regresi berganda dan menentukan kontribusi melalui nilai R-square. Dari populasi sekolah IPEKA Plus BSD yang terdiri dari 43 guru namun hanya 37 guru yang datanya valid dan dapat dianalisis, dari analisis tersebut ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan guru berpengaruh kuat terhadap laju adopsi, komunikasi personal berpengaruh lemah terhadap papan adopsi, penerimaan teknologi berpengaruh kuat terhadap laju adopsi dan berdasarkan nilai R-Square ketiga variabel ini mampu berpengaruh kuat terhadap laju adopsi / The development of technology in education has increased particularly in the process of learning in the classroom. Therefore, teachers as users of learning media technology of interactive boards needed to equip themselves to deal with it. The application of interactive boards technology is influenced by the rapid or slow adoption rate. To accelerate the rate of the adoption of interactive boards in school, it is required to research on the influence of teacher belief, communication and acceptance. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The data were collected by distributing four questionnaires dan interview questions to the teacher population who had used interactive boards. The data obtained was processed by testing the reliability and validity, performing multiple regression analysis and determining contribution through R-square value. From 43 teachers of population in IPEKA Plus BSD school only 37 teachers that their datas valid dan can be analized, it showed that teacher's belief and techology acceptance of interactive board had strong influence on the adoption rate. On the other hand, the personal communication had weak influence on the rate of adoption in interactive board. The results are based from the three variables using R-Square value that showed strong influence of the adoption rate
