Abstract

Kedisiplinan belajar siswa penting agar tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal, tetapi indisiplin dalam pembelajaran daring tidak dapat dipungkiri. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan beberapa siswa terlambat mengumpulkan tugas. Solusi dalam mengatasi indisiplin tersebut di tengah pembelajaran daring dengan menerapkan peraturan dan prosedur. Tujuan karya tulis ini adalah memaparkan langkah-langkah penerapan peraturan dan prosedur untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa guru Kristen sebagai agen restorasi dalam penerapan peraturan dan prosedur berperan sebagai pribadi yang menuntun pada pemulihan gambar Allah dalam diri siswa. Salah satunya dengan menuntun setiap siswa bertanggung jawab dengan tugas dan tindakan yang dilakukan. Siswa yang melanggar prosedur keterlambatan pengumpulan tugas menerima konsekuensi berupa pengurangan nilai dan nasihat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, persentase siswa yang mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu paling rendah 79,4 % yang mana lebih tinggi dari persentase paling rendah pada saat penulis melakukan observasi sebelumnya, yakni 44,9 %. Fakta tersebut menjadi indikasi peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan peraturan dan prosedur dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Sarannya peraturan dan prosedur lebih baik direvisi kembali apabila terdapat alasan-alasan indisiplin yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan siswa./Students learning discipline is important to achieve maximum learning objectives, but indiscipline in online learning cannot be denied. Based on the observations' results, it was founded that some students were late in submitting assignments. The solution to overcome this indiscipline during online learning is by implementing rules and procedures. The purpose of this paper is to describe the steps for applying online classroom rules and procedures to improve student learning discipline. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the discussion show that a Christian teacher as a restoration agent in the application of rules and procedures acts as a person who leads to the restoration of the image of God in students. One of them is by guiding each student to be responsible for the tasks and actions taken. Students who violate the procedure for late submission of assignments receive consequences in the form of reduced grades and advice. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, percentage of students who submit assignments on time the lowest is 79.4%, which is higher than the lowest percentage when the writer observed previously, which is 44.9%. This fact is an indication of an increasing of student discipline. Therefore, it is concluded that the application of rules and procedures can improve student discipline. It is suggested that rules and procedures should be revised again if there are disciplinary reasons that students cannot account for.
