Abstract
Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) menunjukkan berbagai tantangan bagi guru, salah satunya dalam menciptakan kegiatan kolaborasi siswa. Data selama melakukan praktik mengajar menunjukkan bahwa siswa cenderung pasif dan terjadi penurunan sikap kooperatif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) pada kelas VIII mata pelajaran IPA Fisika dalam membentuk keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan data hasil observasi dan jurnal refleksi mengajar selama PPL 2. Upaya pembentukan keterampilan kolaborasi didasari pada kesadaran bahwa Allah menciptakan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang hidup saling membutuhkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Manusia diciptakan Allah seturut dengan gambar dan rupa-Nya sehingga Allah menjadi realitas tertinggi dalam kehidupan orang percaya termasuk guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan harus berfokus pada satu tujuan, yaitu memuliakan Allah. Hasil kajian tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat mendukung proses pembentukan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari sebagian besar siswa yang memenuhi indikator keterampilan kolaborasi. Adapun saran bagi guru agar memberikan tugas yang dapat diselesaikan dalam kelompok dan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI sebagai upaya pembentukan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa./Distance learning presents various challenges for teachers, one of which is creating student interactions and collaborative activities. The data during teaching practice shows that students tend to be passive and there is a decrease in students' cooperative attitudes in the learning process. Based on the background of the problem, this paper aims to examine the application of cooperative learning type Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) in grade 8 Physics class in increasing interaction and seeking the formation of student collaboration skills. The writing method used is the descriptive qualitative supported by data from observations and teaching reflection journals during the second field experience. Efforts to shaping collaboration skills are based on the awareness that God created humans as social beings who live in need of one another. Humans were created by God according to His image and likeness so that God becomes the highest reality in the lives of believers, including teachers and students in the learning process. The learning 2 method applied must focus on one goal, namely glorifying God. The results of this study indicate that the application of TAI can support the process of forming students' collaboration skills. This is shown by the majority of students who fulfil the indicators of collaboration skills. The suggestions for teachers are to give assignments that can be completed in groups and apply TAI as an effort to form student collaboration skills.
