Abstract

Kedisiplinan siswa merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Saat pembelajaran daring kedisiplinan sangat mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan, tetapi masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang tidak disiplin dalam kelas. Menaati aturan dan prosedur kelas salah satu indikator kedisiplinan siswa. Namun, dari indikator tersebut masih belum terpenuhi pada siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar di Jember. Permasalahan kedisiplinan siswa akan terkait dengan bagaimana upaya untuk mendisiplinkan siswa. Guru tidak memberikan konsekuensi secara langsung karena keterbatasan ruang pembelajaran daring. Solusi yang paling efektif dengan metode keteladanan guru dan orang tua. Metode ini sesuai dengan jenjang usia anak yang perlu pendampingan dan keteladanan orang di sekitarnya. Prinsip keteladanan ditinjau dari segi sekuler dan pandangan Kristen. Dampak kejatuhan manusia dalam dosa menyebabkan siswa menyimpang dari kebenaran Allah. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah mengkaji pentingnya keteladanan guru dan orang tua dalam upaya mendisiplinkan siswa sekolah dasar saat pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Keteladanan yang bisa dijadikan pedoman mutlak guru dan orang tua yaitu keteladanan Yesus Kristus. Penulis menyarankan agar sekolah dapatmmengadakan seminar parenting sebagai pembekalan orang tua dalam memberikan teladan bagi anak, untuk guru supaya berkomunikasi dengan orang tua, membiasakan disiplin dalam kelas, mengelola emosi, dan untuk orang tua dapat menerapkan aturan di rumah./Student discipline is important in the learning process. While online learning discipline is very supportive of the achievement of educational goals, but there are still many students who are not disciplined in the classroom. Obeying the rules and procedures of the class is one of the indicators of student discipline. However, the indicator is still not met in the 1st graders of elementary school in Jember. Student disciplinary issues will be related to how efforts to discipline students. Teacher does not give direct consequences due to the limitations of online learning space. The most effective solution with the methods of example of teachers and parents. This method is in accordance with the age level of children who need assistance and example of people around them. The principle of example is viewed in terms of secular and Christian views. The impact of man's fall in sin causes students to deviate from God's truth. The purpose of writing this final task is to examine the importance of teacher and parent accuracy in an effort to discipline elementary school students when learning online. The methods used are qualitative descriptive. The example that can be used as an absolute guideline for teachers and parents is the example of Jesus Christ. The author suggests that schools can hold parenting seminars debriefing in providing examples for children, for teachers to communicate with parents, familiarize discipline in the classroom, manage emotions, and for parents to be able to apply rules at home.
