Abstract

Pembelajaran PJOK merupakan pembelajaran yang banyak menekankan pada keterampilan psikomotor dan umumnya dilakukan secara praktik dilapangan. Akan tetapi, PJOK selama pembelajaran jarak jauh hanya dilakukan secara teori dan sering mengabaikan pembelajaran secara pratik. Untuk itu, perlu media altenatif yang relavan seperti penggunaan media video yang dapat menampilkan contoh demontrasi gerakan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Tujuan penulisan paper ini yaitu menganalisis penggunaan video sebagai alternatif media pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktik mata pelajaran PJOK selama PJJ dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengembangan pengetahuan menggunakan teknologi digital khususnya membuat media video merupakan salah satu pertanggungjawaban manusia kepada Tuhan yang telah memberikan kemampuan berpikir. Penggunaan video sebagai alternatif media pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktik PJOK yaitu: 1) membuat video dengan terlebih dahulu mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik 2) hasil karya guru yang bersangkutan, dengan cara merekam dirinya untuk memperagakan aktivitas olahraga dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, 3) siswa ditugaskan untuk menonton dan merekam dirinya ketika memperagakan aktivitas olahraga berdasarkan video yang diberikan guru, dan (4) hasil rekaman video dari siswa dikirim kepada guru. Meskipun dalam konteks PJJ, Guru PJOK diharapkan tidak hanya melaksanakan pembelajaran secara teori, tetapi dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran praktik melalui pemanfaatan media video, guna meningkatkan keterampilan gerak, kebugaran dan kesehatan peserta didik./Physical education learning is a learning that places a lot of emphasis on psychomotor skills and is generally carried out in practice in the field. However, physical education during online learning is only done in theory and often ignores practical learning. For this reason, relevant alternative media are needed, such as the use of video media that can display examples of demonstrations of movements needed in physical education learning. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the use of video as an alternative medium for implementing practical learning for physical education subjects during online learning, by using descriptive qualitative methods. The development of knowledge using digital technology, especially making video media is one of the human responsibilities to God who has given the ability to think. The use of video as an alternative medium for implementing physical education practical learning, namely: 1) video which is the work of the teacher and in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved, so that it can be a reference for students to practice movement; 2) according to the characteristics and abilities possessed by students; and 3) Easy to understand, easy to access, short duration and attracts the attention of students. Although in the context of online learning, physical education teachers are expected not only to carry out theoretical learning, but also to be able to carry out practical learning through the use of video media, in order to improve students' movement skills, fitness and health.
