Abstract
Kegiatan tanya jawab merupakan kegiatan yang digunakan oleh guru sebagai kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan daya berpikir dan keaktifan siswa. Namun, berdasarkan masalah yang ditemukan, kegiatan tanya jawab menghasilkan waktu yang cukup panjang karena guru yang tidak menegaskan peraturan dan prosedur. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peraturan dan prosedur dalam manejemen tanya jawab. Untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan kegiatan tanya jawab, guru sebaiknya menggunakan langkah-langkah dimulai dengan perencanaan atau pembuatan RPP perumusan soal tanya jawab, dan pemberian PPT sebelum pembelajaran. Setelah itu, guru memberikan arahan dan penjelasan awal berupa tema, kegiatan, dan peraturan dan prosedur kelas. Langkah terpenting adalah penyampain peraturan dan prosedur kelas. Siswa kelas 1 yang memiliki karakteristik aktif dengan rencana pembelajaran yang efektif. Guru Kristen merupakan guru-guru yang Tuhan panggil untuk menyatakan nilai-nilai Allah dalam setiap ciptaan. Guru menerapkannya dengan meneladani Allah sebagai Pencipta. Allah menciptakan semua dengan keteraturan yang mengagumkan dan dengan pemeliharaan terhadap setiap rencana-Nya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Saran untuk guru Kristen, sebaiknya guru menggunakan semua kegiatan tetap harus menerapkan perautan dan prosedur kelas./ Question and answer activities are activities employed by lecturers as activities that may develop students' thinking power and activeness. However, supported the issues found, the teacher has not been ready to apply classroom rules and procedures in question and answer activities and in lesson coming up with. the purpose of writing during this paper is to explain however the rules and procedures in managing activities equivalent to queries and answers are. to realize learning objectives with question and answer activities, teachers ought to use steps beginning with planning or creating lesson plans, formulating questions and answers, and giving PPT before learning. once that, the teacher offers directions and initial explanations within the kind of themes, activities, and sophistication rules and procedures. the foremost vital step is that the presentation of sophistication rules and procedures. Grade one students who have active characteristics with effective learning plans. Christian lecturers are teachers whom God calls to reveal God' values in each creation. The teacher applies it by imitating Allah because the Creator. God created all with wonderful order and with take care of His every plan. the strategy used is descriptive qualitative method. Suggestions for Christian teachers, teachers ought to use all activities whereas still applying room sharpening and procedures.
