Abstract
Keaktifan belajar siswa merupakan usaha pendorong yang dimiliki dalam dirinya agar memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran agar mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Setiap siswa diciptakan segambar dan serupa dengan-Nya diperlengkapi dengan rasio, logika dan kemampuan untuk memiliki hubungan pribadi dengan Pencipta mereka, sehingga siswa merupakan pribadi yang aktif. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siswa TK A di salah satu sekolah Kristen yang melakukan kelas daring ditemukan bahwa siswa cenderung pasif. Pada pembelajaran daring diperlukan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dengan baik guna meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah memaparkan keaktifan siswa TK A, pengelolaan kelas dan bentuk pengelolaan kelas daring dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran daring, penulis menerapkan pengelolaan kelas yang meliputi dimensi preventif (pencegahan) dan dimensi kuratif (penyembuhan). Bagi penulis selanjutnya dapat memberikan lembar checklist terkait partisipasi siswa di kelas yang akan diisi orangtua dan melibatkan orangtua dalam memantau proses pembelajaran siswa./Student learning activity is a driving effort that is owned in him to have a strong desire to follow the learning process to achieve the desired learning goals. Every student is created in the image and likeness of Him equipped with reason, logic, and the ability to have a personal relationship with their creator so that students are active individuals. However, based on observations made by Kindergarten A students in one of the Christian schools who conducted bold classes, it was found that students tended to be passive. In bold learning, it is necessary to have the ability of teachers to manage the class well to increase student activity. The purpose of the study was to describe the activity of Kindergarten A students, classroom management, and forms of bold classroom management with qualitative descriptive methods. In increasing student activity in bold learning, the authors apply classroom management which includes preventive (prevention) and curative (healing) dimensions. The next writer can provide a checklist sheet related to student participation in class which will be filled in by parents and parents in unifying the student learning process.
