Abstract

Menjaga keberlanjutan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) penting untuk dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis sehingga diperlukan penelitian mengenai faktor yang berdampak kepada meningkatnya Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Environment (OCBE). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan dari hotel Mercure dan Ibis. Berikutnya, data yang diperoleh di olah menggunakan sistem SmartPLS v.3.3.3 dan di analisa lebih lanjut validitas, reliabilitas, bias, dan hipotesis yang telah dibentuk. Sebelum melakukan uji aktual, peneliti melakukan pre-test kepada 30 responden untuk diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berikutnya pada uji aktual, peneliti menyebarkan lagi kuesioner dan mendapatkan responden sebanyak 222 untuk dilakukan analisa lebih rinci dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor seperti Environmental Tranformational Leadership (ETL) yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap OCBE serta pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap OCBE dengan faktor Perceived Meaningful Work (PMW) sebagai variabel mediasi.
