Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional yang menguji pengaruh positif dari Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities, Entrepreneurship Inspiration dan Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention pada mahasiswa di Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel dibatasi pada orang-orang tertentu yang dapat memberikan informasi dengan melalui sampel sebanyak 200 responden mahasiswa dari 4 universitas di Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Model uji penelitian ini adalah dengan outer model dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan inner model dalam penelitian ini menguji R-Square, P-value, dan Path Coefficient. Model persamaan struktural dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan struktural dalam kerangka teoritis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention mahasiswa, sedangkan Entrepreneurship Inspiration secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention pada mahasiswa dan Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh ini. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dengan Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities, para mahasiswa dapat terinspirasi (Entrepreneurship Inspiration) dan memiliki keyakinan atas diri yang kuat (Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy) agar mahasiswa dapat mempersiapkan diri yang memiliki Entrepreneurial Intention untuk terjun ke dunia wirausaha. Kata Kunci : Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities, Entrepreneurship Inspiration, Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Intention, mahasiswa, universitas, kewirausahaan, pendidikan / The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach that examines the positive influence of Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities, Entrepreneurship Inspiration and Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurship Intention in students in Tangerang. This study uses a purposive sampling method, where sampling is limited to certain people who can provide information through a sample of 200 student respondents from 4 universities in Tangerang. This research uses PLS-SEM analysis using Smart-PLS software. The test model of this research is the outer model of the validity and reliability test, while the inner model in this study tests the R-Square, P-value, and Path Coefficient. Structural equation modeling was conducted to examine the structural relationships within the theoretical framework of this study. The results showed that Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities had a significant positive effect on the Entrepreneurship Intention of students, while Entrepreneurship Inspiration had no significant positive effect on Entrepreneurship Intention in students and Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy as a mediating variable in this effect. Through this research, it is hoped that with Entrepreneurship Extracurricular Activities, students can be inspired (Entrepreneurship Inspiration) and have strong self-confidence (Entrepreneurship Self-Efficacy) so that students can prepare themselves who have Entrepreneurial Intention to enter the world of entrepreneurship.
