Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh peranan Kewirausahaan Transformasional, Kesiapan untuk Berubah, Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan PT.XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua yaitu teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling pada pretest dan teknik sensus pada actual test dimana responden merupakan pegawai PT.XYZ dengan minimal jabatan supervisor dan memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari 2 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kewirausahaan Transformasional dan Kesiapan untuk Berubah berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. XYZ. Sedangkan Perilaku Kerja Kontraproduktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. XYZ. / This research aims to test the influence of the role of Transformational Entrepreneurship, Readiness to Change, Counterproductive Work Behavior in Enhancing Employee Performance PT. XYZ. Sampling techniques in this study are divided into two, firstly probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling on pretest and secondly census techniques on actual test. The sample in this study were taken in the amount of 100 who have been committed as PT. XYZ employees with a minimum supervisorship and has more than 2 years of work experience. The data were collected by distributing electronic questionnaires. The statistical analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study show that Transformational Entrepreneurship and Readiness to Change have a positive effect on employee performance of PT. XYZ. While Counterproductive Work Behavior has no effect on employee performance of PT. XYZ.
