Abstract

Sebagai bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia, transportasi umum memiliki peranan penting dalam menghubungkan perpindahan dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Transportasi umum merupakan moda transportasi massal yang memiliki fungsi dalam menyediakan pelayanan perpindahan yang menerapkan aspek kenyamanan, kemudahan, dan rasa aman kepada pengguna jasa angkutan umum. Di Kota Jakarta terdapat beberapa angkutan umum yang melayani berbagai macam aktivitas masyarakat seperti bekerja, sekolah, olahraga, belanja dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu angkutan umum yang banyak diminati oleh warga ibu kota adalah Bis Transjakarta. Moda transportasi umum berupa Bis Transjakarta merupakan salah satu transportasi formal yang didirikan oleh PT. Transportasi Jakarta. Selain itu, Transjakarta merupakan sebuah sistem transportasi Bus Rapid Transit yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2004 hingga saat ini. Salah satu tujuan perancangan dibuatnya Transjakarta adalah sebagai moda transportasi massal pendukung aktivitas warga ibukota, dengan tujuan dapat menampung lebih banyak penumpang dan barang, serta biaya yang relatif murah dan mudah ditemukan bagi para calon penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fasilitas transportasi umum Tranjakarta berupa halte yang memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat menaikkan dan menurunkan para penggunanya. Ketersediaan fasilitas halte yang menunjang aktivitas para penggunanya seperti ruang top-up (tempat isi ulang saldo), ruang menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang, serta fasilitas angkutan umum lainnya yang digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk menunjang kegiatan sosial ekonomi masyarakat ibu kota, berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan lokasi halte angkutan umum dengan melakukan riset analisis terhadap sudi kasus dan tinjauan literatur. Adapun, dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka disimpulkan suatu hasil, bahwa di Kota Jakarta pengguna transportasi umum cukup tinggi, tetapi fasilitas yang disediakan masih kurang memadai bagi para penggunanya, sehingga membuat penggunya kurang meminati menggunakan transportasi umum, khususnya Transjakarta. Sehingga penulis mengembangkan fasilitas transportasi umum berupa halte yang lebih menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mayoritas para penggunanya, dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan jasa transportasi umum dengan menanamkan nilai sosial budaya sebagai bagian dari kebanggaan masyarakat Jakarta terhadap kekayaan budayanya. / As an inseparable part of human life, public transportation has an important role in connecting movement from one place to another. Public transportation is a mode of mass transportation that has a function in providing transfer services that apply aspects of comfort, convenience, and a sense of security to users of public transportation services. In the city of Jakarta there are several public transportations that serve various kinds of community activities such as work, school, sports, shopping and so on. One of the public transportation that is in great demand by residents of the capital city is the Transjakarta Bus. The mode of public transportation in the form of the Transjakarta Bus is one of the formal transportations established by PT. Jakarta Transportation. In addition, Transjakarta is a Bus Rapid Transit transportation system that has been operating since 2004 until now. One of the goals of the design of Transjakarta is as a mode of mass transportation to support the activities of the citizens of the capital, with the aim of being able to accommodate more passengers and goods, as well as being relatively inexpensive and easy to find for potential users. This study aims to determine the Transjakarta public transportation facility in the form of a bus stop which has a function as a place to board and drop the passengers. Availability of bus stop facilities that support the activities of its users, such as top-up rooms (where to top up balances), rooms for boarding and dropping passengers, as well as other public transportation facilities that are used as alternatives to support socio-economic activities of the people of the capital city, based on factors that influence location selection. public transport stops by conducting analytical research on case studies and literature reviews. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a result is that in the city of Jakarta there is quite a high number of users of public transportation, but the facilities provided are still inadequate for its users, thus making users less interested in using public transportation, especially Transjakarta. So that the authors develop public transportation facilities in the form of stations that are more adapted to the needs of the majority of users, with the aim of increasing public interest in using public transportation services by instilling socio-cultural values as part of the pride of the people of Jakarta for its cultural wealth.
