Abstract

Pelajar Indonesia masih fokus menjadi karyawan begitu lulus dibandingkan membuka usahanya sendiri. 59% mahaisiswa UPH angkatan 2018 dan 2019 masih belum memiliki rencana untuk membuka usahanya sendiri begitu lulus, hal ini menunjukan bahwa niat berwirausaha mahasiswa UPH masih dapat ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pola pikir kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diterapkan UPH sehingga dapat meningkatkan niat berwirausaha lulusan UPH. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa pendidikan dan pola pikr kewirausahaan memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. sedangkan budaya kewirausahaan ditemukan hanya memberikan dampak pada niat berwirausaha hanya dengan peranan mediasi/ Indonesian students still focus on being employees rather than creating their own business once they graduate. 59% of UPH’s students batch 2018 and 2019 do not have a plan to create their own business once they graduate. This shows that entrepreneurial intentions within UPH students can be improved. This is why this research was done to examine the effect of entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention. The population in this study were Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) students. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research got the result that entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. But entrepreneurial culture will have an effect on entrepreneurial intentions only with mediation.
